Performance
This machine equips computer orientation, photocell tracking, and man-machine interface touch screen operation; Adopts high wave band ultrasonic heat-combining elements; Make up of the functions with bag mouth inner folding, ribbon-through, stiletto, ultrasonic heat-combining cold-cutting etc. Its the advanced machine to produce kinds of non-woven fabrics handle shopping bag, shoes bag, fashion t-shirt bag 25-90g. Our company also can make the given design according to the customers requirement of different bag sizes.
Characteristics:
1. The entire machine is controlled by microcomputer and the material-dragging is done by step-type motor.
2. Arbitrary fixed-length, accurate and stable step photoelectric tracking, stopping automatically when the cursor is lost after product three bags.
3. Synchronous punching under automatic air pressure, automatic constant temperature, stopping automatically when the feeding is stopped.
4. Automatic counting and fixable alarming through counting.
5. Feeding with photoelectric control and automatic rectifying deviation
6. Heat-sealing decorative border
7. Automatic constan temperature, perfect and smooth sealing, with EPC control
8 The side bottom is welded with roll-type by ultrasonic, hence especial fastness and evenness.
9. This machine is suitable for producing non-woven fabric vest shopping bag, non-woven fabric loop-handle bag, non-woven fabric perforaterope bag and so on.
